How long will my session take?
Most sessions are approximately 3 hours, and Siren Sessions may run a little longer. The pacing is intentionally relaxed and luxurious — you will never feel rushed.
Is hair and makeup included?
Hair and makeup is included with the Muse Experience and Glory & Glamour, and available as an add-on for Siren Sessions, Maternal Muse, and giveaway experiences. Either way, you arrive as you are and we take care of the rest.
What do I wear? Do I need to bring anything?
The studio provides a curated wardrobe, custom gowns, styling guidance, and props. You're always welcome to bring meaningful personal items — a uniform, an heirloom, anything that tells your story.
I'm nervous — I never know what to do in photos.
That's completely normal, and honestly, most women feel exactly this way before their session.
You will be guided through absolutely everything — posing, expression, all of it. That is part of the artistry. And if you'd love a head start, our
posing course is a beautiful way to build confidence before you ever step in front of the camera. You don't need to arrive confident; you just need to arrive.
Is my retainer refundable?
Retainers are non-refundable — they reserve your date, your stylist, and the preparation time that makes your experience feel effortless. Your date is held exclusively for you from the moment you book.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reach out as soon as you know — the earlier we hear from you, the more gracefully we can move things. Please note that rescheduling too close to your session date may incur an additional retaining fee, as outlined in your contract, since your stylist and preparation are already reserved. And if you're feeling unwell, please do reschedule; you deserve to enjoy every minute of this.
When will I see my portraits?
Your reveal appointment is designed to be an emotional, elevated experience — most women say it's the moment that stays with them. There, you'll review all of your images unedited and select your favorites to exist as physical art. Your finished digital artwork is typically delivered within 2–3 weeks; custom products can take 2–6 months depending on what is ordered — heirloom pieces are worth the wait.
Are payment plans available?
Yes — the studio offers Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay, including zero-interest options, so the experience feels easier to step into comfortably.
Will my images be shared publicly?
Your privacy is treated seriously and respectfully — always. We are incredibly proud of every piece we create and share our work so that other women may know the value of this experience — but we will take down any images you do not want shared. Just let us know.
